At Summit and Shore, we strive to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Our refund policy is as follows:

Weather-Related Cancellations:
If weather conditions prohibit the event from taking place, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour at no additional charge. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priority, and we will always make decisions based on current and forecasted conditions.
Cancellations Within Two Weeks of Scheduled Booking:
Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may not be refundable due to the nature of our bookings and preparations.
